These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Top Luxe Occasions Ltd and use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Returns & Refunds
All products are bespoke and made to order. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke goods are exempt from the right to cancellation.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email with photos. This should be done within 48 hours of delivery. We will be more than happy to resolve this for you!

Personalisation & Customisation
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are accurate before placing an order.
Top Luxe Occasions Ltd will not be liable for errors or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Colour Variation
Slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and printing processes. These variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
