Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, Top Luxe Occasions Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

All products are bespoke and made to order. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke goods are exempt from the right to cancellation.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email with photos. This should be done within 48 hours of delivery. We will be more than happy to resolve this for you!
